5 Lies

5 Lies Responsible For Our Decline In The Battle For Health and Wellness

We have been taught that eating the 4 Food Groups or Standard American Diet is what we need for ultimate health. Well we have been brain washed, lied to, and misinformed about many things to do with our eating habits and what creates wellness. Think about this: If God is our Creator and we are his creation then that would make the bible the instruction manual.

What we are intended to eat for our physical nourishment as intended from our Provider in Genesis 1:29: is very clear “And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat [food].”

The design of the human body is not like that of carnivorous mammals; our digestive tract was not designed to properly digest and dispose of meat. Carnivorous mammals have a relatively short and straight digestive tract that eliminates meat waste efficiently.

Herbivores and humans have a much longer digestive tract that includes many bends and pockets. Because our stomach acid is not designed to completely break down meat (as it does with plant based foods), undigested meat can get trapped in these bends and pockets. Here it can putrefy for days, delaying elimination and thus causing toxicity—a key component of disease creation.

Food has the amazing power to both create and destroy health. The dense, living nutrients found in a diet of primarily raw, plant-based foods and their juices are the ingredients needed to meet and satisfy your cells’ nutritional needs, restore damaged cells and rebuild whole-body health that will last a lifetime.

Lie 1:We need animal products to be strong and have energy.

Well if that were true, how did a gorilla and a horse get so strong? They don’t eat flesh, cook their food, or drink another animals milk. They eat raw plants.

If that were true, how did vegetarian Jack Lalaine live to be the ripe old age of 96 swimming the ocean when he was 70 years old pulling boats with his teeth while people resided in the boats? Again he was a vegetarian.

If that were true, why does every race, competition, or marathon that has a vegetarian competing against a meat eater end up, in almost in every situation, with the vegetarian winning the competition?

If that were true why do meat eaters so often die from cancer and heart disease?  And vegetarians don’t.

Lie 2:We inherit Disease from our family.

Well disease does not really exist in the sense that we have been taught. Disease is a dis-ease of the body that we create from our lifestyle and our diets. We don’t inherit disease we inherit the habits that cause it.

If we go back in the days of Noah and Adam they lived to be almost 1000 years old with no illnesses. We will never live that long because of sin created in that day, but our quality of life is not based on genes. It is based on how we live our lives and what we eat. Put the wrong fuel in the engine and the engine is going to ping and knock and eventually break down. The only thing we inherit from our families is the way we look. We can have tendencies but ultimately we create our own sickness or health.

“Wellness is a natural state of the body.”

Lie 3: Milk does a body good. It is nature’s perfect food.

Well that would be true if you were a cow. We are the only living creature in nature that drinks milk from another creature. And we are also the only species that drink milk after we are weaned. And we drink it from another animal. Milk is to feed a baby of the mother that birthed it until it can eat real food. And that is when the mother of that species pushes her baby away and teaches it to eat the food it needs to nourish and use to grow on. Cows are born at 65 pounds and grow to 300 pounds in 6 months. Baby humans are born at 7 pounds and don’t double their weight until 1 year. Milk meant for a cow is way to high in fats and sugars for a baby human. It creates future illnesses.

Lie 4: We are over weight because we are overfed.

Well that is not really true. We are over weight because we are under nourished even though we are over fed. When you put the wrong building materials in our God given bodies the body starts to break down. Our bodies will only store inefficient food that it can’t use to build our health when it isn’t getting what it needs. It does that because it thinks you are starving it. Therefore we gain weight and still have an appetitie because we are still nutrition deficient. Your appetitie is your bodies signal that you are low on fuel. When we start putting the proper fuel in our bodies by way of food or supplements we will start to lose weight like an ice cube in a hot room. So the saying goes “We starve ourselves fat, and we need to eat ourselves thin.”

Lie 5: Cholesterol is our enemy.

Not only is cholesterol not our enemy it is one of the most important substances in our bodies to repair us when we have a cut or inflammation. When we turn about 35 to 45 years old, our arteries start to harden  causing cracks to appear like a garden hose out in the sun due to our diets. Our immune system doesn’t want us to bleed so (just like with a cut) it will send LDL cholesterol to make a scab or patch to stop the bleeding and then begins the 10 year process of building scar tissue that will narrow our arteries causing blood pressure. But the problem is not the cholesterol but the hardened arteries. And the problem began when we ate the wrong food starting at birth and going throughout life. Our brain is made up of 70% LDL cholesterol and we need it. When we take drugs (Lipitor) to stop the process we are robbing our bodies of this most important repair substance.
