The Bad News

Sadly, most people are on a diet comprised almost totally of the wrong building materials. We call it The Standard American Diet, a DEAD food diet that is loaded with toxins. Thus, physical breakdown (pinging and knocking) progressively gets louder as they go through LIFE! Maybe it’s a little high blood pressure or high triglycerides. Maybe it’s high cholesterol. Maybe it’s a little arthritis or bursitis. Maybe it’s hypoglycemia, or acne, or dandruff. All dis-eases of the body are self inflicted through our toxic lifestyle from diet or atmosphere. These physical breakdowns are almost always the result of placing the wrong fuel into our bodies, a predominantly DEAD food diet, loaded with toxins. If we stay on that low octane fuel long enough, the pinging and knocking becomes progressively louder as we continue through LIFE. Almost every physical problem we experience during our entire lifetime, other than accidents of course, is caused by our attempting to nourish our beautiful, God made physical bodies with the wrong fuel.
ANIMAL SOURCE FOODSARE LOADED WITH FAT
AND TOO HIGH IN PROTEIN
Animal source foods are loaded with animal fat! In fact, the average person on the SAD Diet (Standard American Diet) puts into their physical body some 100 pounds of animal fat each and every year. This fat clogs their arteries and veins and hinders the free flow of blood through their systems, as well as the free flow of oxygen to their cells. This fat is the primary cause of cardiovascular problems as it narrows the passageways the blood travels. Most people suffering from high blood pressure or high cholesterol usually see these readings normalize once they eliminate animal products from their diets and adopt a basically raw plant based diet, along with some exercise. This fat is also the primary cause of diabetes, as the fat coats the cells of the diabetic, preventing the insulin from reaching the insulin receptors within the cell. Most Type 2 diabetics can discontinue insulin use, with normal blood sugar, usually within a very short time after eliminating animal products from their diet and adopting a basically raw plant based diet, along with some exercise.
Animal source foods are too high in protein! This high protein becomes high octane fuel for the growth of cancers and causes many other physical breakdowns. Our bodies do need some protein but not the incredibly high amount of protein found in the flesh and dairy of animals. Remember, all the protein found in animal source food originated in the living plants the animal consumed. All the protein our human physical bodies need is provided in the basically living plant foods. All that I have said above is true, not only of commercially raised animals and their products, but also of organically raised, grass fed, animal source products as well. But when you consume commercially raised animal products, the potential for harm to the physical body becomes even greater.

Plant Based Foods
A plant based diet is a menu of 85% raw, uncooked, and unprocessed plant-based food, and 15% cooked, plant-based food.
Why Plant–Based Foods?
The design of the human body is not like that of carnivorous mammals; our digestive tract was not designed to properly digest and dispose of meat. Carnivorous mammals have a relatively short and straight digestive tract that eliminates meat waste efficiently.
Herbivores and humans have a much longer digestive tract that includes many bends and pockets. Because our stomach acid is not designed to completely break down meat (as it does with plant based foods), undigested meat can get trapped in these bends and pockets. Here it can putrefy for days, delaying elimination and thus causing toxicity—a key component of disease creation.
Food has the amazing power to both create and destroy health. The dense, living nutrients found in a diet of primarily raw, plant-based foods and their juices are the ingredients needed to meet and satisfy your cells’ nutritional needs, restore damaged cells and rebuild whole-body health that will last a lifetime.
Where is the Evidence?
What we are intended to eat for our physical nourishment as intended from our Provider in Genesis 1:29: is very clear “And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat [food].”
As commonly recommended by health professionals, a healthy diet includes eating more fruits and vegetables, drinking more water, eating less saturated fats and hydrogenated oils, consuming more fiber, getting more exercise and alleviating stress; This kind of a diet can be a means toward eliminating sickness.
This form of eating has helped relieve the symptoms of acid reflux, obesity, cancer and more. Please note the basic guideline of foods eaten on a healthy diet that will provide the body with the fuel it can use to build our body to be healthy and well throughout our life.
The 85% Raw Portion
This portion of the diet is composed exclusively of the garden foods God instructs man to eat (Genesis 1:29). The dense living nutrients found in raw foods and their juices produce abundant energy and vibrant health while satisfying our cells’ nutritional needs, controlling hunger efficiently.
- Beverages: Freshly extracted Vegetable Juices, Barley Juice, Carrot Juice, Beet Juice and mineral water
- Dairy Alternatives: Fresh almond milk, creamy banana milk, as well as frozen banana, strawberry, or blueberry “fruit creams”
- Fruit: All fresh, as well as unsulphured organic dried fruit (limit fruit to no more than 15% of daily food intake)
- Grains: Soaked oats, raw muesli, dehydrated granola, dehydrated crackers
- Beans: Green beans, peas, sprouted garbanzos, sprouted lentils, and sprouted mung beans
- Nuts & Seeds: Raw almonds, sunflower seeds, macadamia nuts, walnuts, raw almond butter or tahini (consume sparingly)

- Vegetables: All raw vegetables

The 15% Cooked Portion
Cooked foods follow the raw salad at lunch or evening meals and can prove beneficial for those trying to maintain body weight.
